The Human Strength Co. Gym
Human Strength Co. now has a self access system to streamline gym use and bookings.
We offer a small private gym space designed for those focussed on weights and resistance training, or those just wanting space to focus on their mobility and physical health. Equipment includes dumbbells, kettlebells, cable equipment, and barbell with squat rack. There are plans for gradual expansion of equipment, but we think we've got a pretty good start. Feel free to give us a bell if you want to book a look around before you sign up.
We've designed a 'gym by booking model' so that you ensure you get the equipment to yourself (or your chosen small group). Our membership prices are tailored to how many 1 hour bookings you'd like per week. If you're looking to train with others and want to pay separate bills, please get in touch, and we will set you up manually. If you are training as a group but only have one person paying the bill, e.g. mother and daughter, please get in touch to set up access for the other person(s).
We can set up recurring bookings from our end, so get in touch with your request (e.g. Mon, Wed, Fri at 2pm), and the term you want to commit to (e.g. 6months) and we can lock it in for you so you know you can reliably structure your weeks around it.
To get ahead on signing up for your membership we've made it so you can do it all online.

Then download the GymMaster member app and sign in

You will now have access to booking in your gym slot (available between 4.30am and 8.30pm each day)
Once booked, you can access the gym 5min before your allocated booking. Simply use the 'Check In' button on the app to deactivate the lock via Bluetooth, or we can set you up with a swipe tag if you prefer.
We suggest you book a free 15min induction with Rhys via the booking page, selecting service 'Gym Induction'
